Cancellation Policy
Clients must email, call or text to cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour time frame, the client will be charged a 50% late cancellation/reschedule fee of the service price of that appointment. If the client no-shows for their scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the service price of that appointment. The client will be responsible for these charges prior to being seen for any other scheduled appointment.
